The Good Flock
The Good Flock is the accessories label of Marco Murillo, a former product line manager at Nike. The company has a clean, organic aesthetic, and the site had to reflect the feel of the products.
The site was built on the Shopify e-commerce platform, and a major challenge was bending their system to serve the unique product browsing method that Marco had envisioned. Junichi Furukawa lent programming expertise to the project, and Kurt Hettle the photography.
The result is a seamless shopping experience that is heavy on images while keeping bandwidth to a minimum. I’m extremely proud of how it came out and continues to evolve, and was honored to learn that it has become a business school case example.
